Order Processing and Handling Time

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for orders to ship. Custom orders take a few extra business days.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
We work with Australia Post to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service.

Returns Policy

If the product is defective, please use our contact form and we will email you instructions on returning the product within 30 days of you receiving the order.

Refund Policy
​
If the product is in new condition, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product back to our facility. Once received, we will issue a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee.

Bank Transfer/PayID/OSKO
If you are making a bank transfer, please leave your exact name as reference. Otherwise, your payment will not be identified and cleared.

Peace of Mind
For your peace of mind, this product comes with a 6 month warranty on any manufacturing faults such as stitching coming loose or the bag busting at the seam.
